Jennifer Sklarew and Nicole Firing highlight ESP during university awards season

Congratulations are in order!  

ESP is proud to announce that two of our own have received university-wide recognition during this spring semester's busy award season.

Jennifer Sklarew

 

Assistant professor Jennifer Sklarew has been awarded a 2026 George Mason University Teaching Excellence Award.  She will be honored on April 13, 2026 during the 2026 Celebration of Teaching Excellence at Dewberry Hall.

PhD student Nicole Firing was selected as the inaugural winner of the Graduate Student Champion Award for the Graduate Student category.  She was honored on Friday, March 27, 2026 during the Closing Reception of Mason Graduate Interdisciplinary Conference.
