Remote biodiversity monitoring network
Acoustics and camera traps
The network consists of Reconyx Cameras and AudioMoth acoustic recorders. They can be used to detect animals that use acoustic communication, such as frogs, birds, some mammals, and some insects as well as medium to large sized terrestrial animals.

Technical specifications
The acoustic recorders can be pre-programmed to sample at specific time intervals. The cameras can detect motion to trigger photographs or short video clips.
