Job TitleAI Developer Role OverviewThe AI Developer will support the design, development, and implementation of AI‑driven solutions that solve business problems and enable data‑driven decision‑making. This role combines hands‑on technical development with analytical thinking and client‑focused solutioning, working closely with senior AI consultants, architects, and cross‑functional teams. Key ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, efficient code (primarily in Python, with exposure to Java, C++, or R) to build and implement AI and ML algorithmsDevelop and enhance AI applications using Python and Java, focusing on scalable and maintainable designSupport the integration of AI and ML models into existing software applicationsAssist with deploying AI solutions to production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Perform testing, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of AI models and algorithmsConduct data analysis, data cleansing, and exploratory data analysis to support AI/ML use casesSupport the development and testing of AI models, prompts, and workflows, including generative AI use casesCollaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsAssist in analyzing business needs and recommending AI‑based technical approachesFollow organizational standards, security practices, and responsible AI and ethical AI guidelines Qualifications & SpecializationEducational QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related disciplineTechnical Skills & KnowledgeStrong proficiency in Python (mandatory)Working knowledge of Java, C++, or RGood understanding of: Machine Learning (supervised & unsupervised)Deep Learning and Neural NetworksNatural Language Processing (NLP)Computer VisionFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud AIExposure to Docker and Kubernetes is an advantageProficiency in Git and GitHub for version control Unique Experience Offered by This RoleHands‑on experience in building AI solutions at the intersection of technology and businessPractical exposure to OpenAI and generative AI technologies in enterprise environmentsOpportunity to work on real client problems, including projects in regulated industries such as healthcareExperience in data‑driven storytelling, insight generation, and solution recommendationExposure to responsible AI, governance frameworks, and ethical AI practicesContinuous learning and mentorship from experienced AI consultants and architects Learning & Growth OutcomesIn this role, the AI Developer will:Learn how to analyze business problems and map them to effective AI solutionsGain strong practical experience in Python‑based AI development and generative AI integrationsBuild expertise in data analysis, insight generation, and technical documentationDevelop foundational consulting skills, including requirement analysis and stakeholder communicationUnderstand the complete AI solution lifecycle — from ideation and development to deployment and optimizationBe well‑prepared to grow into future roles such as: AI ConsultantAssociate AI EngineerGenerative AI Specialist
