Job Title: AI / Gen AI DeveloperLocation: New JerseyRole OverviewWe are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates who are passionate about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to join as AI / Gen AI Developers. In this role, you will work on next‑generation AI solutions, including generative AI, large language models, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics tailored for banking applications. The role emphasizes innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption within enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing AI and Gen AI prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts.Work with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI frameworks.Support integration of AI solutions into enterprise applications.Participate in testing, validation, and performance optimization of AI models.Follow responsible AI, security, and regulatory compliance guidelines.Qualification and SpecializationMaster’s degree in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or related specialization.Unique Experience from this RoleHands-on exposure to cutting‑edge AI technologies applied to real banking use cases such as automation, knowledge assistants, customer intelligence, and AI‑driven decision systems.Learning OutcomesDevelop practical skills in AI and Gen AI technologies.Understand challenges related to enterprise AI deployment.Gain awareness of ethical, security, and regulatory considerations in BFSI environments.Strengthen analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and innovation skills.
