Job Title- Data Science EngineeringLocation- San Anotio, TX , Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ , Irvine, CASalary Range- 70k to 80k We are hiring Entry-Level Data Science Engineers with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.This program is designed to develop future-ready talent for BFSI analytics engagements. Participants will receive structured training and mentorship through our Lab/Data Centers of Excellence (CoEs) while contributing to BFSI client projects.Responsibilities:Participate in intensive training on data science, AI/ML, and BFSI domain fundamentals.Work on real-world BFSI analytics projects, supporting data engineering, modeling, and insights generation.Collaborate with Data CoEs and project teams for solution development and delivery.Apply advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems in banking, financial services, and insurance.Document processes, models, and outcomes for knowledge sharing.Qualifications and Specialization:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.Unique Experience from this Role:Structured training and mentorship by industry experts.Hands-on experience in BFSI analytics projects.Opportunity to work with global clients and cutting-edge technologies.Career progression within the BFSI A&I practice.Learning Outcomes:Develop strong foundations in data science, AI/ML, and BFSI analytics.Gain hands-on experience working on real-world BFSI analytics projects.Collaborate with industry experts and cross-functional project teams.Build expertise in applying advanced analytics techniques to solve business challenges.Gain exposure to global clients and cutting-edge technologies.Enhance professional growth and career development opportunities within the BFSI A&I practice.
