Job Title: Data ScientistLocation: CharlotteRole OverviewWe are looking for motivated and analytical fresh graduates to join our data-driven technology team as Data Scientists. In this role, you will work on advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to support key initiatives across the BFSI domain. You will transform structured and unstructured data into meaningful insights that aid business decisions, risk management, customer analytics, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in data exploration, data cleansing, and feature engineering activities.Develop and validate machine learning and statistical models under guidance.Work with large datasets using Python and standard data science libraries.Support model evaluation, documentation, and performance tracking.Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.Qualification and SpecializationMaster’s degree in Data Science & ML or a closely related field.Unique Experience from this RoleHands-on exposure to real-world banking datasets, applied machine learning use cases, and enterprise-grade analytics platforms within a regulated BFSI environment.Learning OutcomesStrong foundational understanding of applied data science and machine learning.Exposure to the complete analytics lifecycle—from data preparation to model deployment.Understanding of BFSI domain concepts and real-world business problem‑solving.Enhanced analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
