Job Title: Data Scientist – (Generative AI & LLMs)Role Description:We are seeking a motivated Data Science Trainee with foundational knowledge in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. The trainee will assist in developing, experimenting, and deploying AI solutions using modern data science techniques and generative AI frameworks.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in building machine learning and data science models for real-world business problems.• Support development of Generative AI solutions with LLMs for automation, analytics, and intelligent applications.• Work with LLM APIs and frameworks to build prototypes such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, and AI agents.• Perform data preprocessing, data cleaning, and feature engineering.• Build and test prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM performance.• Assist with evaluation, fine-tuning, and monitoring of AI models.• Document experiments, model results, and technical processes.Qualification & Specialization:• Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field.• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and LLMs.Unique Experience from This Role:• Hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies applied to real banking use cases, including automation, knowledge assistants, and intelligent decision systems.Learning Outcomes for the Trainee:• Develop practical skills in AI and Generative AI technologies.• Understand enterprise AI deployment challenges.• Gain awareness of ethical and regulatory considerations in the BFSI domain.
