And so much more.​    ​ Come break through with us.  Role Purpose We are seeking an R&D Fiber Technician to support flame hydrolysis (OVD) and fiber research projects in a dynamic laboratory environment. In this role, you will partner with scientists to support process development, build and maintain lab-scale tools, conduct experiments, analyze data, and help solve technical challenges related to fiber processes.Key Responsibilities Support scientists in solving fiber research and process challengesConduct hands-on laboratory experiments and proof-of-concept testingHelp improve existing processes and evaluate new process capabilitiesCollect, document, and analyze process data using statistical methodsMaintain laboratory spaces, process equipment, and materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and support solutionsCommunicate project updates and findings to the teamDocument work clearly and contribute to intellectual property efforts as appropriateExperiences/Education - Required Associate degree (2-year degree) in a technical field requiredExperience working in a laboratory or experimental environmentStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research settingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and graphingComfort working with a variety of lab equipmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn new technologies and processes quicklyExperiences/Education - Desired Mechanical aptitude and equipment familiarityAbility to work independently and learn quicklyStrong relationship-building skills across teamsGeneral knowledge of business systems and organizational processes  This position does not support immigration sponsorship.   The range for this position is $58,411.00 - $80,316.00 assuming full time status.
