About
Before joining the Mason faculty, Dr. Masterson was a Clinical Pharmacist for nearly 30 years, primarily in the U.S. Army Hospital system, where she served as the manager of anticoagulation and medication management clinics and as an intensive care unit pharmacist. She is an actively licensed pharmacist in Virginia and California and has recently served as a pharmacist in the George Mason University COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic.
Dr. Masterson is an active member of the Virginia Medical Reserve Corps where she serves as a pharmacist. She is also the faculty advisor for multiple organizations including (but not limited to):
