Maria D’Souza is the HR and Fiscal Specialist and provides support to the Chair and the department in HR and fiscal activities, including all funds (Sponsored Projects, Indirect, E&G and Foundation.) The two main objectives are to

• Assist the Chair in the management of the department’s activities.
• Coordination of departmental administration by processing expenditures, reconciling accounts, developing financial reports, and processing human resources functions in accordance with COS, GMU and professional standards
