About
I am a mathematician interested in the areas of General Topology, extremal Combinatorics, and Geometry.
I love teaching and sharing the fun of math with general audiences. I am Outreach Director of the Mason Experimental Geometry Lab.
Areas of Interest: General topology; Extremal combinatorics; Geometry; Outreach
Current Research
I currently work on studying percolation and Eden model growth on hyperbolic tessellations. This includes both theoretical approaches and numerical simulations.
Teaching Focus
I teach a wide range of undergraduate courses on subjects including combinatorics and probability, as well as service courses such as quantitative reasoning, discrete math and calculus. Once in a while, I also enjoy teaching geometric subjects such as hyperbolic geometry, and differential geometry.
