Doctoral Dissertation Defense – Swabir Silayi

Congratulations to Swabir Silayi who successfully defended his Computational Sciences and Informatics doctoral dissertation on Wednesday, December 4.  His dissertation “Electronic Structure and Dynamics Analysis of Noble Metals by a Tight-Binding Parametrization” was directed by Dr. Estela Blaisten. The rest of his committee consisted of Drs. Dimitrios A. Papaconstantopoulos, James Glasbrenner and Eduardo Lopez. Congratulations to Dr. Silayi and his committee!”
