Dr. Changwoo Ahn is a finalist for the 2017 Teaching Excellence Award

Congratulations to Dr. Changwoo Ahn, who made the shortlist for the 2017 University Teaching Excellence Award.  The university Teaching Excellence Awards are Mason’s highest recognition for faculty members who demonstrate exceptional skill in and commitment to their teaching and learning practices,

Outstanding teaching is an integral part of Mason’s mission and is deserving of significant recognition. The Teaching Excellence Awards are both institutional recognition and a monetary acknowledgement of the significant work that faculty members devote to course planning and preparation; curriculum development; and innovative teaching, advising, and undergraduate and graduate mentoring.
