Dr. Chris Parsons wins first place in NCSCE Fieldwork Photo Contest

Congratulations to Dr. Chris Parsons, whose entry entitled “Penguins in Antarctica” placed first (!) in the Fieldwork Photo Contest of the National Center for Science and Civic Engagement (NCSCE).
