Important Reminder for ESP Graduate Students
Are you graduating in Spring 2016???
Then please read this important reminder from University Dissertation & Thesis Services for students writing theses and dissertations:
The Format Review deadline for Spring 2016 is 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 25th. In order to be eligible to graduate in this semester, you have to have received an email from our office by that date/time stating that your formatting is in good shape and your Format Review is over. After that date/time, we will not be able to review documents again until Wednesday, May 4th at the very earliest.
The Final Submission deadline for Spring 2016 is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29th. You must turn in the final copy of your thesis/dissertation and all necessary paperwork on or by that date in order to graduate in this semester. If we do not receive the final version of your document and all paperwork on or by that date, then you will not graduate in Spring 2016.
