GMU Research Professor V. Krishnamurthy was invited to contribute an article to the AGU Special Issue on Nonlinear Systems in Geophysics. This is a special issue that is part of the Centennial Celebration of AGU, the leading geophysics scientific society in the country. Krishnamurthy recently delivered the Ed Lorenz Lecture at last year’s AGU Fall meeting. Krishnamurthy’s review article is Predictability of Weather and Climate, a major theme of research and education in the AOES Department and at COLA.
