Turning science into policy: Reggie Allen

Affiliate Faculty and Executive-in-Residence, Col. (Ret.) Reginald Allen joined the ESP department on temporary assignment in April 2018 and his residency will end in April 2019.

A highly decorated 30-year veteran of the U.S. Army, Reggie Allen opted to continue his life in the public service by joining the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 2015.

He has created a network of professionals to help mentor students especially those who are interested in entering public service.

Update: Reggie Allen was again featured in Mason News on 11/12/2018, when Mason held its annual Veterans Day Luncheon and Reggie was the keynote speaker.
