Current Research
My research is focused on combining first-principle calculation with conventional theoretical physics methods. The emphasis is on real materials rather than idealized models. My research philosophy can be understood, for instance, from this essay: Why band theorists have been so successful in explaining and predicting novel superconductors? I.I. Mazin, J. Phys. - Cond. Mat., 31, 174001 (2019), also https://arxiv.org/abs/1908.09802
