If you enjoy problem-solving, learning new skills, and working in a supportive, collaborative setting, we’d love to connect!Responsibilities Include: Testing including pH, Conductivity, Nitrate identification, Total Organic Carbon, and AppearanceReceiving, handling, and disposing of samplesCalibrates or verifies the calibration of instruments/devices before use.Accurately records test results and reports any quality anomaliesMaintains laboratory supplies and performs laboratory housekeeping as assignedEnsures excellent customer service to clientsParticipates in required training activitiesComplies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirementsThis position is an indoor lab-based position, working in biopharmaceutical manufacturing cleanrooms and lab spaces. Position requires significant time spent in ISO 8 cleanrooms with the following restrictions:No cosmetic products or applications (such as makeup, false lashes, spray tans, tinted moisturizer,  etc) are permitted and must be removed before entryNails must be kept short, trimmed, and unadorned (no nail polish, rhinestones, etc)No jewelry may be worn (exceptions are medical alert-related and one smooth ring band that can be easily covered by a glove)Hair must be able to be neatly tied back and contained in a hairnet, and all facial hair must be neatly trimmed and able to be secured in a beard cover.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or other science-related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experienceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipThe Ideal Candidate Would Possess: Is self-motivated, adaptable, team-oriented, and has a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailDesire to work in a moderately physical role that requires standing much of the timeStrong computer and organizational skillsFosters a healthy, trusting environment and champions transparency and communicationGMP, biopharmaceutical, or other related industry experienceFamiliarity with LIMSWhat to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader30 Minute Virtual Meeting with Site DirectorThe work schedule will be Wednesday through Saturday, 7 am-5:30 pm, with overtime as needed.
