Amanda O’Connor is the Program Manager of the Virginia Climate Center where she guides partner engagement, project development and implementation. She has more than ten years experience developing and supporting municipal and state level resource and climate planning in the US and in Germany. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University and a Master of Science in Integrated Natural Resource Management from Humboldt University of Berlin. Amanda focused on community engagement and management of water resources for both her bachelor's and master’s degrees.
