"How to Learn" Workshop Series

George Mason Learning Services is presenting the "How to Learn" Workshop Series at the start of the semester. This workshop series will introduce participants to the best strategies for brain-based learning in order to start the semester off right. The workshop will cover memory, distributed learning, time management, and exam strategies as well as strategies for mindfulness and self care. Participants are welcome to attend one or more sessions.
