Dr. Mort will be offering a one hour workshop on the most important legal pitfalls for starting as an entrepreneur. Learn the important legal fundamentals of starting a business as a budding entrepreneur. This seminar is designed to give a brief overview of Intellectual Property and Contract law for people just starting a business. Every entrepreneur starts a company with an idea, then the company is propelled forward through its business relationships. Attendees will become aware of some legal issues you need to understand as you form a company to make, market, and sell your products and services.
