What does it mean to teach for all in the College of Science?

Become a STEM teaching fellow to join a community of faculty committed to learning best practices to teach for and reach all students.

This unique professional development opportunity for College of Science faculty provides a space to learn modern inclusive pedagogies and to develop plans for implementing them in the future.

Who is eligible ?

Open to any/all full-time Tenure, Tenure-Track, or Term Faculty member in the College of Science

When is the fellowship?

The fellowship has 2 parts: 

Part 1: July 6-August 6, 2026, 5-week asynchronous Canvas course with self-paced learning modules about inclusive teaching in STEM & discussion boards. Participants will have weekly requirements. 

Part 2: August 7, 2026, 1 day institute (synchronous Zoom)

How will I be compensated?

Faculty participants will receive a $500 after completing the program. 

STEM Accelerator

The STEM Teaching Fellowship is administrated by the STEM Accelerator.
