Graduate Research Assistantships
We are accepting applications for graduate research assistantships for Fall 2021
The majority of Climate Dynamics PhD students are supported on graduate research assistantships. This includes an annual stipend of approximately $22,000 per year plus tuition and health insurance. GRAs may also be eligible for additional summer funding of approximately $7000 depending on availability.
For best chances of funding, students are encouraged to apply by Jan 15, 2021.
Applicants are automatically considered for funding, which is awarded on a competitive basis. Prospective students do not need to identify an advisor or a source of funding, but are encouraged to contact a potential advisor whose research is of particular interest. The list below provides a subset of available GRA opportunities; others may arise throughout the year.
