Natalie Rivas is a bilingual Senior Program Manager with over a decade of experience driving climate action, policy leadership, and community engagement across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. Her commitment to community-led initiatives extends internationally—during her formative time with the U.S. Peace Corps in Cameroon, she developed an award-winning zero-waste and water management program, secured scholarships for girls' education, and launched an environmental club that increased climate literacy for over 1,000 students. A Miami, FL native, she specializes in program management, data-driven storytelling, and community-building, ensuring that policy and advocacy efforts center equity and frontline voices.
