BS + Accelerated MS in Chemistry
The five-year BS/Accelerated MS program leads to a research-based MS degree following satisfactory completion of 144 credits. It allows academically strong undergraduates with a commitment to research to obtain a BS and MS within five academic years plus the summer of the last year.
MS in Chemistry
The Chemistry Department offers an MS in Chemistry. The program provides advanced training for recent college graduates, professionals in teaching, and technical workers in research organizations who have an interest in chemistry.
Ph.D. in Chemistry and Biochemistry
The Ph.D. in Chemistry and Biochemistry at George Mason University is designed to teach doctoral students advanced skills in Chemistry and Biochemistry that will aid them in a career in the chemical/biochemical industries, academia, or the national laboratories. Students choose to specialize in Analytical, Environmental, Inorganic, Organic, or Physical Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
