The 19th Annual STAR- TIDES Capabilities Demonstration is scheduled for April 13-14 at the Mason Square Campus in Arlington, VA. Under the theme of Reimagining Resilience: Empowering Local Communities in a Time of Uncertain Federal Support, this year's event will focus on the challenges faced by state and local actors
