Students who wish to add themselves into a course after the published add date are required to seek approval from the course instructor and the department chair/program director of the offering course. If allowed, signatures from the instructor and chair/director must be obtained on a Late Schedule Adjustment form (available at the department/program office).
If the attempt for a late add occurs after the published drop deadline for that semester, then approval from the College of Science’s Office of Academic and Student Affairs is required.
The College of Science’s Office of Academic and Student Affairs only reviews courses which are offered by the College of Science.
