College of Science IT Request / Issue Submission Form
Use the link above to request IT assistance from the College of Science IT Team. This includes support for individual or shared spaces—such as offices, classrooms, labs, and conference rooms. Request types may include, but are not limited to:
- PC, laptop, or peripheral purchases or support
- Access and data related requests and issues
- Process automation and efficiency
- Software/Hardware requests or issues
- Troubleshooting technical problems
- Support for AV or IT equipment in classrooms or labs
- Assistance with printers, scanners, or other shared devices

Use the link above to request support or report issues related to College of Science websites built in Drupal or WordPress. You can use this form to:
- Report broken links, errors, missing content or other issues
- Request content updates or page additions
- Ask for help with site layout or navigation
- Report problems with logging in or editing
- Request new features or site enhancements
Please include the required detail (i.e. website URL and a clear description) of the request to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

For server or cluster purchases:
- Review the college's server policy
- Talk to Office of Research Computing - Email Alastair Neil
- If ORC HPC doesn't meet your needs, get a quote for a system (do not purchase)
- Submit a co-location request for Aquia if required. Please review before system purchase.
- Comply with all policies and best practices for securing your specific type of system
- Make sure system administrators (even graduate students) are members of SALT and attend training and meetings.
